Shivani Srivastava

With 20 years of international experience, Shivani is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience & deep understanding of the hospitality industry. A British national, Shivani received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Glion Hotel School, Switzerland and pursued her M.B.A in International Marketing and Change Management at the University of Wales, Cardiff in Great Britain.

Whilst progressing through various ranks and climbing the corporate ladder at companies such as Radisson & Hyatt Hotels, Shivani was always committed in providing gender equality and supporting other women at work. She believes in leading by example and has always been focussed on enhancing her leadership skills through various roles.

In her career span, Shivani has extensively travelled around the world and has had the opportunity to open numerous hotels in many different countries and settings. From opening and launching a trendy new hotel brand ‘Andaz’ in Hollywood, Los Angeles to opening a peaceful serene yoga resort in the ‘yoga capital of the world’ Rishikesh, India, she has had first-hand experience of both ends of the industry spectrum.

Shivani currently runs her own consultancy firm based in London and supports clients with branding, project development, feasibility studies and operations efficiency across various departments.

Shivani is also the founder of GWOT (Global women of tomorrow) Network- an online association of international career women who all inspire each other. She has created this platform to give these women an opportunity to network outside of their usual circle and bring them closer despite the geographical distance.

Mom to a baby boy, she balances both motherhood and her professional ambitions while believing in her philosophy that ‘I either win or I learn’.
