Lady Mohini Kent Noon

Lady Mohini Kent Noon is an author, filmmaker, charity worker and journalist.
She is the Founder Chairperson of Lily Against Human Trafficking. And the Global Envoy in the UK of the International Buddhist Confederation.

She is the author of Black Taj, a novel; Nagarjuna The Second Buddha, with a Foreword by HH The Dalai Lama; Chief Longhooknose, a book of short stories; The Noon Cookbook of Authentic Indian Food; and Dear Mama, which has a collection of intimate letters from eminent personalities to their own mothers, including Indian PM Modi, HH Dalai Lama, Sir Cliff Richard and others.

Her feature film, The Ramayana, is a colourful dance-drama of the much-loved Indian epic.
Her documentary Curry Tiffin is on the history of India through food. Both films are with Sir Ben Kingsley.

Her award-winning play, Rumi: Unveil the Sun, co-written with her mother Amrit Kent, is about the great Sufi mystic Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi.
She worked for India Today, The Week, The Times of India, and other journals, and for BBC Radio.

Her charity Lily Against Human Trafficking focusses on children in slavery.
She is widely read in Western and Eastern literature and philosophy, has many masters on the spiritual path. She hosts teaching tours in London, as well as creating online dialogues to promote harmony. She lives between London and New Delhi.
