Chandni Vora

Council Member


Chandni Vora is the Chief Operating Officer of Vascroft Contractors Ltd. She is passionate about the need to ensure the construction Industry is forward thinking and moving with the technological changes, to mitigate the skills and economic challenges that lie ahead in the UK. As a Graduate form CASS business school London in 1998 began her chartered management accounting career with Bechtel Corporation Inc. Her first step into a family run global construction business with financial reporting responsibility for over 200 projects such as Reliance Jamnagar refinery for the Ambani’s Reliance Group, Dubai Airport to name a few. A fellow for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2015, her twenty-three-year accounting and commercial career has spanned across various industries and gained valuable commercial acumen added to the bottom line with her process improvements and challenging the status quo to prestigious multinational companies.

Her eleven-year tenure to date at Vascroft Contractors she has contributed towards the strategic and operational growth of the business. Chandni has been instrumental in implementing various operational changes technology and processes in the industry to enhance on Vascroft’s competitive advantage. She is an advisory Board member for E2Enterprise Ltd, holds the post of a Freedom member of the prestigious City of London Livery of the Worshipful Company of Constructors. She is a Trustee of Vascroft Foundation charitable trust (a charity that aims to assist in humanitarian causes across the globe). The Foundation’s biggest achievement was building and setting up a new centre in India for disabled children between the ages of 5 and 15, providing them with education and vocational training to facilitate them live more independent lives. Chandni is an active volunteer in many charitable organisations a keen traveller, a strong affiliation to India as an NRI, an avid cyclist participating regularly on long distance challenges to raise funds for a number of charities for the betterment of people’s wellbeing and society.
